THE SPACE

This historic building dates to 1900, but the experience is entirely modern. During a careful 2022–23 remodel, original 125+ year old brick walls were exposed, creating the perfect backdrop for a contemporary downtown apartment aesthetic. The space celebrates its heritage with framed historical findings discovered during renovation, curated pieces, a working gallery with shoppable original pieces, and design elements that tell a story unique to this place.
